How to do it
You should be using purified water and it should be lukewarm – not scalding hot. Always use fresh lemons, organic if possible, never bottled lemon juice. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon with each glass and drink it first thing before you eat as this aids digestion. Lemon juice helps to flush out unwanted materials and toxins from the body. Its atomic composition is similar to saliva and the hydrochloric acid of digestive juices. It encourages the liver to produce bile which is an acid that is required for digestion. Lemons are also high in minerals and vitamins and help loosen toxins in the digestive tract

Celery – The fibre content in celery is very good for weight loss, as it contains plant hormones that calm and soothe the central nervous system, which will encourage, weight loss.
Green apple – These are good for weight loss and also increase the flavour.
Turmeric – Has an effect on your body inhibiting the cell division of fat cells. How turmeric helps you block fat is because curcumin inhibits the formation of fatty tissue by blocking the mechanism used to form it. It does this through the blood vessels used to form fat tissue. The combination of fat cells growing and increasing makes you fat, not consumption of fatty foods alone. Curcumin helps slow down the division of fat cells in your body making it harder to gain weight.
