Gluten Free Waffles Recipe

Do you struggle to find yummy treats that are gluten free? Try these waffles with coconut yoghurt, berries and a drizzle of maple syrup!


Makes 6

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1⁄2 cup milk

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Melted butter for greasing

  • Greek yoghurt, strawberries, maple syrup and toasted almonds to serve



  1. Switch on your waffle maker.

  2. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, milk, almond meal, baking powder to form a smooth batter.

  3. Brush your waffle maker with melted butter then dollop about 2 tbps of batter onto the griddle and close the lid.

  4. Cook for around five minutes until waffle is crisp and puffy.

  5. Serve with yoghurt, chopped strawberries, maple syrup and toasted almonds.
