Green Power Smoothie Recipe

This green power smoothie from accredited nutritionist Faye James, is packed with nourishing veggies, fruits and antioxidants! The perfect energy boost to start your day!

 

Ingredients

Serves 2

● ½ cup mango, chopped

● 1 banana, chopped

● 1 thumb of ginger

● 1 lime, juiced

● 2 cups spinach

● ½ cup walnuts

● 1 cup kefir

● 1 cup coconut water

 

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender with a little ice and blitz until smooth.
