Detox Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Looking for a nutrient rich breakfast? Mangoes are in season and are packed full of vitamins!
Ingredients
Serves 4

2 cups frozen mango
-
1 cups frozen banana
-
1 cup frozen pineapple
-
1 scoop vegan protein powder
-
1⁄2 cup coconut yoghurt
-
1⁄2 cup chia seeds
-
1⁄2 cup ice
-
1⁄2 fresh mango sliced
-
Passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut and sliced pistachio nuts to serve
Method
1. Place the mango, banana, pineapple, protein powder, yogurt, chia seeds and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in a bowl and top with fresh mango, passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut and pistachio nuts.
