Detox Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Looking for a nutrient rich breakfast? Mangoes are in season and are packed full of vitamins!



Serves 4

  • 2 cups frozen mango

  • 1 cups frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

  • 1⁄2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1⁄2 cup chia seeds

  • 1⁄2 cup ice

  • 1⁄2 fresh mango sliced

  • Passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut and sliced pistachio nuts to serve



1. Place the mango, banana, pineapple, protein powder, yogurt, chia seeds and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve in a bowl and top with fresh mango, passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut and pistachio nuts.
